Can I hold a fare before paying?
Yes. Every Slalom Airlines fare can be held free for 24 hours at checkout.
What is Flex fare protection?
Add Flex at checkout to change your flight as often as you like with zero change fees; you only pay any fare difference.
Baggage
What is the checked bag allowance?
Economy includes one carry-on; checked bags are 50 lb / 23 kg. Premium Select and above include two free checked bags.
Can I bring skis or a snowboard?
Ski and snowboard bags fly free on every Slalom Airlines flight. It's in our name.
Check-in
When does check-in open?
Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure and closes 60 minutes before international flights.
Do I need a printed boarding pass?
No. Your boarding pass lives in your account and the Slalom Airlines app, with offline QR support.
Slalom Peaks
How do I earn Peaks status?
Earn qualifying miles or segments in a calendar year: Silver at 25,000, Gold at 50,000, Platinum at 100,000 qualifying miles.
Do miles expire?
Peaks miles never expire as long as your account has any activity every 24 months.
