Accessible travel
Flying should work for every body. Here's what we commit to on every flight, and how to arrange assistance before you travel.
On every flight, without being asked twice
Assistance through the airport
Trained staff meet you at check-in, security, connections, and the gate. Arranged once, honored at every airport we serve.
Aisle chairs and priority boarding
Every gate has an aisle chair, every aircraft an accessible lavatory, and you board first, with time to settle in, never rushed.
Service animals welcome
Trained service animals fly free in the cabin at your feet. Tell us ahead so we plan the space around you, not the other way round.
Mobility devices, handled with care
Wheelchairs and mobility devices travel free, are loaded last and unloaded first, and are returned to you at the aircraft door.
Tell us what would help. We'll have it ready.
