One ski or snowboard bag per traveler, free on every Slalom Airlines flight, in every cabin. It's in our name, and it doesn't count against your checked allowance.
Fare rules, changes, and what we owe you when we're late
Fare rules
Every fare can be held free for 24 hours at checkout before you pay. Economy includes one carry-on; Premium Select and above include two checked bags. Add Flex fare protection during booking to change your flight as often as you like with zero change fees. You only ever pay a fare difference.
Changes & refunds
Changes are allowed on every fare before departure; any fare difference applies. Refundable fares return to your original payment method within seven days, and any fare can be cancelled to Slalom Airlines travel credit. Request a refund from your trip's page under My trips.
Delay commitments
If we delay you more than three hours for a reason within our control, we rebook you on the next available Slalom Airlines departure at no charge, cover a meal, and cover a hotel when the delay crosses an overnight. Gate agents can apply all three on the spot.
